第一部分：條款及細則 Part 1: Terms & Conditions
1. 關於本活動登記 About this registration
中: 本登記適用於香港一點粉紅 Pink Dot HK（下稱「我們」）主辦的「香港一點粉紅2026線上音樂會 – Love All Ways」現場活動。登記僅限現有 Pinkies 會員申請。完成登記即表示閣下同意以下條款及細則，以及我們的私隱政策聲明。
EN: This registration is for the “Pink Dot HK 2026 Live Stream Concert – Love All Ways” event organised by Pink Dot HK (“we”, “us”, “our”). Registration is open exclusively to existing Pinkies members. By completing registration, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Statement below.
2. 參加資格 Eligibility
中: 申請人必須為已登記的的 Pinkies 會員，並持有有效會員編號。申請人須年滿 18 歲。若申請人的資料與其 Pinkies 會員記錄不符，我們有權拒絕有關登記。
EN: Applicants must be a registered Pinkies member holding a valid membership number, and must be aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to decline registrations where the details provided do not match the applicant’s Pinkies membership record.
3. 登記審核 Registration review and approval
中: 所有登記須經我們審核，以核實會籍狀況。審核結果將於活動前一至兩星期內以電郵通知，登記在審核完成前並不視為已確認。
每位符合資格的 Pinkies 會員可透過一份登記：
- 為本人申請 1 個現場座位；或
- 為本人及 1 名符合資格的同行人士合共申請 2 個現場座位。
登記會員不得申請兩個均供其他人士使用的座位。
每位 Pinkies 會員就本活動只可獲確認一個現場座位，並只可被列入一項有效登記。任何 Pinkies 會員一經以同行人士身份獲確認，其後不得再透過本活動登記表格以本人名義申請任何額外現場座位，亦不得再被列作另一項登記的同行人士。
任何額外座位申請或重複登記將不獲重複計算，亦不會增加取得座位的優先次序。我們有權拒絕、合併或取消任何重複登記。
EN: All registrations are subject to our review to verify membership status. You will be notified of the outcome by email one to two weeks prior to the event day; a registration is not confirmed until review is complete. Each eligible Pinkies member may use one registration to:
- apply for 1 in-person seat for themselves; or
- apply for a total of 2 in-person seats for themselves and 1 eligible accompanying attendee.
A registrant may not apply for two seats that are both intended for other persons.
Each Pinkies member may be allocated only one confirmed in-person seat for the Event and may be included in only one valid registration. Once a Pinkies member has been confirmed as an accompanying attendee, that member may not subsequently apply for any additional in-person seat through the Event registration form in their own name, nor may they be named as an accompanying attendee under another registration.
Any application for an additional seat or duplicate registration will not be counted more than once and will not increase the priority of the registration. We may reject, consolidate or cancel any duplicate registration.
4. 同行人士的資料 Accompanying attendee’s information
中: 如閣下申請 2 個座位，需於提交登記時提供同行人士的所需資料。
同行人士必須先完成 Pinkies 會員登記並取得有效會員編號，其現場座位方可獲確認。同行人士所提供的電郵地址必須與其 Pinkies 會員記錄相符。
如閣下代同行人士提供個人資料，閣下確認：
- 已通知同行人士有關登記安排；
- 已向同行人士提供本條款及細則暨私隱政策聲明；以及
- 已取得同行人士的同意及授權，代其向我們提供有關資料。
同行人士的座位在其所需資料全部收妥並完成核實前，不視為已獲確認。如未能根據我們的規定確認其同行人士的身份，我們可取消及重新分配第二個座位。若登記人本身的會員資格無效，其為同行人士的申請也屬無效。
同行人士的登記經核實後，其確認通知及入場憑證將直接發送至其本人的會員電郵地址，而不會發送予代其提交登記的會員。
EN: If you apply for 2 seats, you are required to provide the accompanying attendee’s membership number and email address when submitting the registration.
The accompanying attendee must first complete Pinkies membership registration and obtain a valid membership number before their in-person seat can be confirmed. The accompanying attendee’s email address must match their Pinkies membership record.
If you provide an accompanying attendee’s personal data on their behalf, you hereby confirm that you have:
- informed the accompanying attendee of the registration arrangements;
- provided the accompanying attendee with these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement; and
- obtained their consent and authority to provide the relevant information to us.
The accompanying attendee’s seat will not be treated as confirmed until all required information has been received and verification has been completed. If the required confirmation is not provided, we may cancel and reallocate the second seat. If the registrant’s membership status is invalid, the registration for the accompanying attendee will also be invalidated.
Following verification, the accompanying attendee’s confirmation and entry credential will be sent directly to their own membership email address and not to the member who submitted the registration on their behalf.
5. 入場核實 Entry verification
中: 為核實會籍及登記狀況，我們將於活動入口收集及核對每位入場人士（包括以 2 張門票登記中的第二位人士）的慣用稱呼、會員編號及電話號碼。請保留登記確認電郵（建議截圖或加上星號），並於到場時提供上述資料以便核實。未能提供相符資料的人士，我們有權拒絕其進場。
EN: To verify membership and registration status, we will collect and check the preferred name, membership number, and telephone number of every attendee at the event entrance — including the second person on a 2-ticket registration. Please keep your registration confirmation email (we recommend screenshotting or starring it) and provide the above details on arrival for verification. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide matching details.
6. 名額及分配 Capacity and allocation
中: 登記名額有限，並按先到先得形式分配。成功登記並不保證於活動當日必然可以進場，惟我們會盡合理努力確保已登記人士獲安排進場。名額全滿後，後續報名者將自動納入候補名單。若有名額釋出，我們將依候補順序通知遞補。
EN: Registration is subject to limited capacity and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, or by any other method we announce. Successful registration does not guarantee entry on the day, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all registered attendees. Should the vacancies are full, subsequent applicants will be automatically placed on a waiting list. If seats become available, candidates will be notified in order of priority.
7. 登記不可轉讓 Non-transferable registration
中: 已確認的門票僅供登記會員本人使用，未經 Pink Dot HK 同意，不得出售、轉售、轉讓、轉贈、由其他人士代替使用或作任何商業用途。
如發現任何未經批准的使用情況，我們有權取消相關登記及拒絕入場。
EN: Registration is personal to the registered member and may not be sold, resold, transferred, gifted, substituted or used for any commercial purpose.
If a seat is found to have been used without our authorisation, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant registration and refuse admission.
8. 通訊 Communications
中: 我們將透過電郵及／或電話向閣下發送與是次活動登記相關的通訊，包括活動詳情、時間及地點更新，以及入場安排提示。
EN: We will send you communications relating to this event registration by email and/or phone, including event details, updates to time or venue, and entry-related reminders.
9. 取消登記及缺席 Cancellation and non-attendance
中: 如閣下未能出席活動，請盡早電郵至 [email protected] 取消登記，並提供閣下的慣用稱呼、Pinkies 會員編號及登記參考編號（如有）。
我們可在以下情況取消登記：
- 濫用登記程序；
- 提交虛假、誤導、不完整或無法核實的資料；
- 重複登記；
- 出售、轉讓或未經批准使用座位或入場憑證；
- 違反本條款或活動／場地規則；或
- 其他為保障公平分配、安全或活動正常運作而合理需要的情況。
EN: If you are unable to attend the Event, please cancel your registration as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] and providing your preferred name, Pinkies membership number and registration reference, if any.
We may cancel a registration in the event of:
- misuse of the registration process;
- submission of false, misleading, incomplete or unverifiable information;
- duplicate registration;
- sale, transfer or unauthorised use of a seat or entry credential;
- breach of these Terms or the Event or venue rules; or
- any other circumstance where cancellation is reasonably necessary to protect fair allocation, safety or the proper operation of the Event.
10. 條款修訂 Changes to these terms
中: 我們可能不時更新本條款及細則。重大修訂將透過電郵通知或於本頁公佈。

第二部分：私隱政策聲明 Part 2: Privacy Statement
本私隱政策聲明構成 Pink Dot HK 根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》(PDPO) 訂立的收集個人資料聲明 (PICS)。 This Privacy Statement forms Pink Dot HK’s Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) under the PDPO.
1. 我們收集的資料 What we collect
中: 透過本活動登記表格，我們收集：閣下的慣用稱呼、Pinkies 會員編號、電郵地址及電話號碼；如閣下選擇 2 張門票，亦包括第二位人士的會員編號、電郵地址及電話號碼（由閣下提供）。所提供的電郵地址須與登記 Pinkies 會員時使用的電郵地址相同，用作核對會員記錄。如閣下代第二位人士提供其會員編號及電郵地址，閣下須確保已取得對方同意讓閣下代為提供該等資料。
EN: Through this event registration form, we collect: your preferred name, Pinkies membership number, email address, and phone number; and, if you select 2 tickets, the second person’s membership number, email address and phone number (provided by you). The email address provided must match the one used to register as a Pinkies member, and is used to cross-check your membership record.
If you provide the second person’s membership number and email address on their behalf, you must ensure you have their consent to do so.
2. 收集目的 Purpose of collection
中: 我們收集及使用閣下的個人資料，用作：
- 核實閣下的 Pinkies 會員身份及登記狀況
- 於活動入口核對身份，以安排進場
- 管理活動名額及人流
- 於活動前後就登記或入場安排與閣下聯絡（包括以電話聯絡）
- 作內部行政之用

- Verify your Pinkies membership status and registration
- Check your identity at the event entrance to arrange entry
- Manage event capacity and attendee flow
- Contact you before or around the event regarding registration or entry arrangements (including by phone)
- Maintain records for our internal administration
3. 資料提供屬自願性質 Voluntary nature of data provision
中: 提供慣用稱呼、會員編號及電話號碼乃完成本活動登記之必要條件。若未能提供所需資料，我們將無法處理閣下的登記，亦無法於入場時為閣下核實身份。
EN: Providing your preferred name, membership number, and telephone number is necessary to complete this event registration. If required data is not provided, we will be unable to process your registration or verify your identity at entry.
4. 資料保留 Data retention
中: 我們將保留閣下就是次活動提供的登記資料，直至活動結束後合理時間內，其後將刪除或匿名化有關資料，惟因法律或會計需要而須保留者除外。
EN: We retain the registration data you provide for this event for a reasonable period after the event concludes, after which it will be deleted or anonymised, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
6. 閣下的權利 Your rights
中: 根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，閣下有權：
- 要求查閱我們持有關於閣下的個人資料
- 要求更正不準確的資料
- 要求我們停止將閣下的資料用於直接促銷用途

- Request correction of inaccurate data

As permitted under Section 28 of the PDPO, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing any data access request. We may require sufficient proof of identity before processing your request, and we reserve the right to refuse non-compliant, vague, or legally exempt requests in accordance with statutory provisions.
