第一部分：條款及細則 Part 1: Terms & Conditions
1. 關於 Pinkies About Pinkies
中: Pinkies 是由香港一點粉紅 Pink Dot HK（下稱「我們」）營運的免費會員計劃。登記成為 Pinkies 即表示閣下同意以下條款及細則，以及我們的私隱政策聲明。
EN: Pinkies is a free membership programme operated by Pink Dot HK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering as a Pinkies, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Statement below.
2. 參加資格 Eligibility
中: 任何支持 Pink Dot HK 理念人士均可申請成為會員。申請人須年滿 18 歲。登記免費且屬自願性質。
EN: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or above who support Pink Dot HK’s values. Registration is free and voluntary.
3. 會員福利 Membership benefits
中: 作為 Pinkies，閣下可享有：
- Pink Dot HK 的最新消息、動態及故事
- 優先登記部分 Pink Dot HK 活動，惟須視乎名額及個別活動的特定條款
會員福利或因應情況不時調整，而優先登記並不保證在名額有限的活動中必然獲得參與資格。
EN: As a Pinkies, you may receive:
- Latest news, updates and stories from Pink Dot HK
- Priority registration to selected Pink Dot HK events, subject to capacity and event-specific terms
Benefits may change from time to time at our discretion, and priority registration does not guarantee entry where an event has limited capacity.
4. 會員責任 Your responsibilities
中: 閣下同意於登記時提供準確及最新的資料，並於聯絡資料有任何變更時通知我們。
EN: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering, and to promptly notify us of any changes to your contact details.
5. 通訊 Communications
中: 我們將向閣下發送與會籍相關的通訊（例如活動參與安排）。至於推廣／宣傳性質的內容（例如通訊快訊、一般動態），則只會在閣下選擇接收後才發送。閣下可隨時取消訂閱或撤回同意，我們亦會在合理時間內處理有關要求 — 詳見下方私隱政策聲明第 6 部分。
EN: We will send you membership-related communications (e.g. event access instructions). We will only send you marketing/promotional content (newsletters, general updates) if you have opted in to receive it. You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time — see Section 6 of the Privacy Statement below. We will process such requests promptly.
6. 終止會籍 Termination of membership
中: 閣下可隨時電郵至 [email protected] 取消 Pinkies 會籍。在有需要情況下（例如濫用計劃），我們亦可暫停或終止有關會籍。
EN: You may cancel your Pinkies membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may also suspend or terminate membership where necessary, such as for misuse of the programme.
7. 條款修訂 Changes to these terms
中: 我們可能不時更新本條款及細則。重大修訂將透過電郵通知或於本頁公佈。修訂生效後閣下繼續維持會籍，即視為接受有關更新。
EN: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or posted on this page. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
第二部分：私隱政策聲明 Part 2: Privacy Statement
本私隱政策聲明構成 Pink Dot HK 根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》(PDPO) 訂立的收集個人資料聲明 (PICS)。 This Privacy Statement forms Pink Dot HK’s Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) under the PDPO.
1. 我們收集的資料 What we collect
中: 透過 Pinkies 登記表格，我們收集：閣下的慣用稱呼及電郵地址。我們不會透過本計劃有意識地收集敏感個人資料（例如健康或財務資料）。
EN: Through the Pinkies registration form, we collect: your preferred name and email address. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health or financial information) through this programme.
2. 收集目的 Purpose of collection
中: 我們收集及使用閣下的個人資料，用作：
- 登記及管理閣下的 Pinkies 會籍
- 以電郵發送 Pink Dot HK 的最新消息、動態及故事
- 處理活動的優先登記安排
- 在閣下同意下，發送推廣／宣傳內容
- 作內部行政存檔之用
EN: We collect and use your personal data to:
- Register and administer your Pinkies membership
- Share news, updates and stories about Pink Dot HK by email
- Manage priority registration to events
- Where you consent, send you promotional/marketing content
- Maintain records for our internal administration
3. 資料提供屬自願性質 Voluntary nature of data provision
中: 提供慣用稱呼及電郵地址乃登記成為 Pinkies 之必要條件，其餘欄目屬自願性質。若未能提供所需資料，我們或無法處理閣下的登記。
EN: Providing your preferred name and email address is necessary to register as a Pinkies. Other fields are optional. If required data is not provided, we may not be able to process your registration.
4. 資料轉移及第三方 Data transfer and third parties
中: 我們可能會與協助營運 Pinkies 計劃的第三方服務供應商分享閣下的資料，例如電郵推廣／客戶關係管理（CRM）平台及活動登記工具。該等供應商只可按我們指定的用途使用閣下的資料，我們亦會採取合理措施確保其妥善保障資料安全。我們不會將閣下的個人資料出售予第三方。
如任何服務供應商在香港以外地區儲存或處理資料，我們將按《個人資料（私隱）條例》的規定，採取合理措施確保有關資料獲得相若程度的保障。
EN: We may share your data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Pinkies programme, such as email marketing/CRM platforms and event registration tools. These providers are only permitted to use your data for the purposes we specify, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your data appropriately. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Where any service provider stores or processes data outside Hong Kong, we will take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection is applied, as required under the PDPO.
5. 資料保留 Data retention
中: 我們將於閣下維持 Pinkies 會籍期間保留有關資料。若閣下取消會籍，我們將於合理時間內刪除或匿名化有關資料，惟因法律或會計需要而須保留者除外。
EN: We retain your data for as long as you remain a Pinkies member. If you cancel your membership, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
6. 閣下的權利 Your rights
中: 根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，閣下有權：
- 要求查閱我們持有關於閣下的個人資料
- 要求更正不準確的資料
- 隨時撤回接收推廣訊息的同意
- 要求我們停止將閣下的資料用於直接促銷用途
如欲行使上述權利，請電郵至 [email protected] 與我們聯絡。我們或會要求閣下提供身份證明文件以核實請求，並可能按《個人資料（私隱）條例》容許的範圍，就查閱資料要求收取合理費用。
EN: Under the PDPO, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
- Request that we stop using your data for direct marketing purposes
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We may require proof of identity before processing your request, and may charge a reasonable fee for data access requests as permitted under the PDPO.
7. 資料保安 Data security
中: 我們會採取合理的技術及機構措施，保障閣下的個人資料免受未經授權的查閱、遺失或洩露。我們亦會備存相關記錄，以便在需要時向私隱專員公署證明我們已採取有關措施。
EN: We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. We also keep records of these measures so that we can demonstrate compliance to the Privacy Commissioner’s Office if required.

EN: We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted below. If we intend to use data already collected for a new purpose, we will first obtain your prescribed consent, rather than relying solely on an update to this page.
